My Prince Charming is not a Prince Charming

In life, we, girls, always think that Prince Charming is a perfect being (well, that’s what I know based on what my friends say. I don’t know with other girls out there). He is the most handsome prince in their castle, he is brave and strong as he leads their battalion of army that defeated thousands of enemies, he is intelligent because he can handle all the affairs of his kingdom properly, he is rich and has a beautiful palace, and perfect gentleman who can melt a woman’s heart away just by his mere gestures. However, this is, most of the times, just a fantasy. Though your Prince Charming may possess some of these traits, it is still impossible, as for my opinion, to have all these traits possessed by one man altogether.

As for me, my Prince Charming does not have any of these. He is not the most handsome (even just in their territory) because he does not have that attractive dimples or deep-set eyes. Instead, he is short (one-inch taller than me, though) and skinny like he does not eat his meal regularly. He is definitely not strong! Just imagine a single broomstick sweeping a pile of leaves if that is possible. If it is, then he might be strong. When it comes to wealth, I don’t really care about that so we can skip that one. As long as he won’t make me his “sugar mommy”, there will be no problems with that. Also, I don’t think he is smart?! Well, he’s good in arts and visual designs but I don’t know with words and numbers (and ideas, too). Hmmmm. Lastly, HE IS NOT A GENTLEMAN! He doesn’t even know how to offer a fan to a lady sitting beside him who is already sweating all over (nor a tissue or hanky?!). Geez!

Well, we really don’t know who we will fall for. As for me, I HAD high standards (even if I’m not really gorgeous or pretty). But still, I only saw that someone who doesn’t even get one check on my list of an ideal man. Poor me!

Well, all I can say is that I finally have a taste of what “beautiful nightmare” is. Hahaha. (That is, if I got the concept right)

PS: I never thought he was just at my back while I was writing this blog. He almost made me jump out of my chair when he suddenly called out my name.
